Job Description
As a Training Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality training on products and services to both clients and internal employees. You will be responsible for ensuring that participants gain the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their roles effectively. This role combines training delivery, content development, and client support within a dynamic and people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate classroom, small-group, or one-on-one training sessions at client sites or company premises.

Deliver both virtual and face-to-face training presentations in line with training standards.

Prepare, distribute, and maintain training materials and resources.

Maintain accurate training records and documentation for all sessions.

Provide expert-level product knowledge and deliver insightful support to clients and colleagues.

Assist with system and training support both remotely and onsite.

Regularly rehearse and update training content to maintain high delivery standards.

Collaborate with HR and service teams to support internal knowledge transfer.

Uphold professional conduct and high-quality service in all interactions.
Requirements:

Diploma or higher certificate in Training, Facilitation, Transport, or Risk Management.

Strong proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, client-facing environment.

Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
-
Prior experience in training delivery or client support is advantageous.
