1.Carry out pickling and passivation using spray, dip, or gel methods.2.Inspect and test finished surfaces to ensure they meet quality standards.3.Follow strict safety procedures when handling acids, especially hydrofluoric acid (HF).4.Record process details such as chemical strength, time, and testing results.5.Maintain a clean and safe work area.6.Assist in identifying ways to improve efficiency, safety, and quality.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEGrade 12 (Matric).
