As Technical Manager, you’ll oversee all technical operations across lodges, staff villages, and reserve infrastructure. You’ll lead a team of artisans and contractors, manage solar and water systems, and ensure high standards of maintenance and project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple properties.
• Oversee solar power systems, water purification, and electrical infrastructure.
• Lead construction and renovation projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Recruit, train, and manage technical staff across disciplines.
• Support budgeting, procurement, and sustainability initiatives.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• 3–5 years in a senior technical or maintenance management role in hospitality or lodge environments.
• Expertise in solar energy, water treatment, electrical systems (single and three-phase), plumbing, refrigeration, and general building maintenance.
• Formal qualifications in Electrical, Solar Installation, or Mechanical Maintenance preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
