VACANCY: Debtors & Creditors Clerk Hermanstad

We are seeking an experienced Debtors and Creditors Clerk to join a company based in Hermanstad. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full debtors and creditors function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial transactions.

Requirements:

• 810 years proven experience in both debtors and creditors
• Matric (Grade 12) essential
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full debtors and creditors function
• Process invoices, statements, and payments
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with month-end processes and reporting
