Western Cape: Group FP&A Analyst posted by Communicate Finance

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Support the development and execution of the Group’s reporting cycles, including monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans.
Consolidate financial data across multiple regions and entities, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Prepare and maintain board reports, business review packs, and presentation templates.
Conduct detailed revenue, headcount, and P&L analysis across agencies, clients, and specialisms.
Partner with finance systems teams to enhance reporting capabilities within ERP and forecasting tools (e.g. NetSuite and Adaptive Insights).
Support Group Treasury with integrated cash flow forecasting and management reporting.
Maintain and improve reporting structures, hierarchies, and planning system integrity.
Provide commercial support including pipeline analysis and assistance with RFPs and FQs.
 
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 to 4 years of FP&A experience
