About the Role

Were looking for a Sales Admin Manager to manage tender processes and drive sales administration across our Security and Facilities divisions. This dual-site role requires frequent travel between Honeydew and Centurion, ensuring smooth coordination, accurate submissions, and strong communication between teams and clients.

This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with tender management experience in Security or Facilities and exceptional administrative skills. Youll be central to ensuring compliance, efficiency, and business growth while keeping multiple deadlines on track.

What Youll Be Doing

• Manage, prepare, and submit tenders and proposals across Cleaning, Security, and Facilities divisions.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements, deadlines, and standards.
• Act as the link between clients, sales, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of tenders, proposals, and client documentation.
• Assist with pricing structures, contract renewals, and SLA monitoring.
• Support sales with reports, presentations, and proposals.
• Provide weekly progress updates to management.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the tender process.
• Ensure confidentiality, compliance, and alignment with company policies.

What Youll Need

• 36 years proven experience in tender management, sales administration, or business development within Security, Facilities, or related industries.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Sales, or related field (advantageous).
• Strong tender and contract administration knowledge.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, and compliance skills.
• Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Valid drivers license and own vehicle (travel between Honeydew & Centurion required).
