Beach Lodge located between Port Edward and Port St Johns in the Eastern Cape is looking for a Junior Management Couple.

Maintenance:

Duties:

Perform routine emergency maintenance tasks

Diagnose and repair air equipment efficiently.

Conduct fault-finding and troubleshooting for technical and mechanical issues

Maintain and repair infrastructure

Ensure all work adheres to safety and quality standards, prioritizing guest comfort and satisfaction.

Assist with general management and hosting

Be available for on-call duties working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

Grade 12

At least 2+ years experience in a similar role

Basic mechanical repairs & fault-finding skills.

Strong customer communication skills.

Valid Drivers License will be an advantage

Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.

FOH / Admin Assistant:

Duties:

General administration, accounts and stock control.

Quality control of food, food presentation and service

Motivating staff and leading them.

Excellent Guest liaison skills

Have a strong eye for detail with regards to all lodge rooms, service & food

Requirements:

Grade 12

A formal Game Lodge Management qualification will be an advantage

Minimum 2-4 years in Front of House in 45-star establishments

Computer literate Semper will be an advantage

Excellent sales & customer care skills

Strong admin skills

Have good organizational skills

Well-spoken and well presented
