Key Responsibilities:

?? Support the Senior Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant

? Assist in supervising front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service

? Help manage staff scheduling and monitor timekeeping

? Participate in stock control, ordering, and inventory checks

? Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements:

? 13 years of experience in a restaurant supervisory or junior management role

? Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
