This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic hospitality professional to lead a world-class safari property, ensuring operational excellence while delivering unforgettable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all lodge operations, including guest services, food and beverage, housekeeping, and maintenance
  

• Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and service excellence
  

• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through personalized service and attention to detail
  

• Implement and maintain quality standards in all departments
  

• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and drive profitability
  

• Coordinate logistics for guest arrivals, departures, and activities
  

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and local communities
  

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  

• Work closely with the marketing and reservations teams to optimize occupancy and guest experience
  

• Champion sustainable tourism practices and conservation initiatives
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a General Manager or similar leadership role within a luxury lodge or boutique hotel environment
  

• Proven track record of operational excellence and financial management
  

• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
  

• Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  

• Passion for hospitality, wildlife, and delivering outstanding guest experiences
  

• Ability to live and work in a remote setting with a hands-on and adaptable approach
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
