Professional Cookery Diploma/Degree (advantageous)

2-3 years experience in a similar role (multi-outlet preferred)

Expertise in Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner service (Hot & Cold sections)

Strong knowledge of menu planning, costing, budgeting & HACCP standards

MS Office proficiency for kitchen administration

Ability to train, develop & lead a team in a high-pressure environment

Hands-on chef with excellent attention to detail and food presentation

Strong time management & problem-solving skills
