Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an Assistant Lodge Manager for a private game reserve in KwaZulu-Natal.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established property where you will contribute to maintaining exceptional standards and ensuring memorable guest experiences.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a lodge or hospitality environment
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Confident in staff management and team leadership
Professional, reliable, and able to work under pressure
Passion for hospitality and guest service

Package:
Salary R11,000 R15,000 (Negotiable DOE)
Live-in accommodation provided
Leave cycle: 3 weeks on / 1 week off
