Key Responsibilities:

* Set up the ice-cream station each morning ?

* Prepare and serve delicious ice-cream desserts to guests ?

* Assist guests with their orders and offer tasty recommendations ?

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the stand, including sanitising work areas ?

* Take inventory and place orders to ensure the station is fully stocked ?

* Store all ingredients correctly in the relevant kitchens ?

* Operate the card machine and process payments accurately ?

* Report daily transactions to the manager for POS processing ?

Requirements:

* Grade 12 qualification ?

* Preferably 12 years experience in hospitality ?

* Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and public holidays ?

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ?

* Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service focus ?

* Basic maths skills and attention to detail ?

* Self-disciplined, productive, and efficient

* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism ?
