Salary: R30,000 R50,000 Negotiable DOE

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a Branch Manager for a well-established hardware and paint shop based in Hoedspruit. This role requires a driven and experienced individual to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure smooth business performance, and lead the team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all branch operations, including sales, stock control, and customer service
  

• Drive sales performance and meet financial targets
  

• Maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction
  

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  

• Supervise, train, and support staff to achieve operational goals
  

• Monitor and manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relations
