Debtors Clerk is Required by a Company in Midrand.Process customer invoices, credit notes, and statements accurately and on time.Follow up on outstanding customer payments via phone, email, and other communication channels.Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all debtors accounts.Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly debtors aging reports.Liaise with internal sales and logistics teams to resolve queries and disputes.Handle customer account queries professionally and promptly.Ensure all relevant documentation (e.g., PODs, delivery notes) is obtained and filed for auditing purposes.Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes as needed.Maintain a systematic filing system for financial and debtor-related documents to ensure easy retrieval and complianceEnsure Purchase Orders & Goods Received Notes are processed. Compare processed documents with 3rd party information.
