Role Overview:
The Country Research Executive will be responsible for conducting comprehensive legislative research across international jurisdictions. This individual will distil complex legal documentation into practical summaries that inform internal technical teams and support global compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal and policy research relating to international regulatory mandates

• Interpret and simplify legislation into clear, actionable business and technical documentation

• Collaborate with internal IP and technology teams to inform product updates and development

• Provide training and knowledge-sharing support to sales, client success, and other business units

• Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates of global legal requirements

• Liaise with external legal counsel where necessary to validate interpretations

• Track and monitor changes in legislation and ensure ongoing compliance

Requirements:

• 35 years’ experience in legal, compliance, or policy research roles

• Relevant degree in Law, Public Policy, International Relations, or related discipline

• Demonstrated experience with legislative analysis or regulatory compliance

• Exceptional analytical and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
