Job Description
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a Technical Project Manager/Business Analyst (PM/BA) who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Elicitation & Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current challenges, gather detailed business requirements, and translate them into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications for Salesforce solutions.

Solution Design & Configuration: Work closely with development and technical teams to design scalable and intuitive Salesforce solutions. This includes configuring Salesforce applications, workflows, custom objects, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.

Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor Salesforce projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. This may involve managing project timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) is highly desirable, including leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.

Technical-Business Translation: Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice-versa.

Quality Assurance & Testing: Support testing phases by creating test cases, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), managing defect resolution, and ensuring the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.

User Adoption & Training: Facilitate user training sessions, provide ongoing support, and develop user-centric documentation (e.g., guides, demos) to promote effective adoption of new Salesforce features and processes.

Process Improvement: Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and enhancement within Salesforce to improve efficiency and productivity.

Data Management: Support data analysis and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce platform.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns promptly.

Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce innovations, features, and best practices, actively bringing new ideas and learnings to the organization.
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Salesforce Administrator Certification.
-
Salesforce Business Analyst Certification (if available).
-
Other relevant certifications such as CSM, CSPO, or PMP.

Proven experience ( 3-5+ years) as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Technical PM/BA, with a strong focus on Salesforce implementations and digital transformation projects.

Experience with end-to-end Salesforce implementation lifecycles (requirements to deployment).

Familiarity with various Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and AppExchange apps.

Experience with Agile delivery frameworks and managing sprints/backlogs.
-
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionalities, configuration, and customization capabilities.

Familiarity with Salesforce development tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning) is a plus, though coding expertise may not be strictly required.

Knowledge of system integrations, especially given SmartenUp’s expertise in MuleSoft and Flowgear.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex business processes and translate needs into practical solutions.

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.

Strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and collaboration.
