Cape Town City Centre: Creative Lead

As the Creative Lead, you will own the creative vision and strategy for all marketing campaigns and strategic brand projects. You will lead a talented creative team – including designers, copywriters, digital specialists, and production artists – to deliver impactful campaigns that bring the brand’s story to life across all touchpoints. You’ll collaborate closely with photographers, agencies, and key internal partners to ensure that every campaign aligns with brand guidelines, customer insights, and commercial objectives. From concept to execution, you’ll ensure that creative output consistently reflects the brand’s essence, tone, and market positioning Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative strategies that support business and marketing objectives Oversee all creative outputs including design, digital content, photography, and campaign visuals Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing creative team Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, visual merchandising, and digital teams to ensure full 360° campaign delivery (ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store) Maintain the integrity of the brand identity and ensure creative alignment with corporate guidelines and brand positioning Manage external creative agencies and production partners to deliver on time, within budget, and to exceptional standards
