Requirements: Qualified Motor Mechanic (Trade Test essential) Minimum of 5 years experience as a Diagnostic or Master Technician in a franchised dealership environment Strong background in vehicle diagnostics, fault finding, and electrical repairs Proficiency with modern diagnostic equipment and vehicle software systems Valid drivers license and clear criminal record Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills Responsibilities: Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on vehicles according to manufacturer standards Identify and resolve complex mechanical and electrical faults Conduct test drives to verify quality of work completed Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer procedures and technologies Support and mentor junior technicians when required Ensure compliance with safety and quality control procedures
