Johannesburg North: IT Asset Coordinator posted by Communicate Finance

Track and reconcile IT hardware across systems like Intune and Active Directory
Maintain sharp, compliant asset records
Ensure smooth device transitions during onboarding and offboarding
Liaise with internal teams and vendors on leases, renewals, and replacements
Generate reports and dashboards that drive decisions
Spot and resolve non-compliance before it escalates

Your Toolkit:
2–4 years’ experience in IT Asset Management, Desktop Support, or similar
Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, SysAid, or Reftab
Hands-on with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Excel, and Power BI
Detail-driven, methodical, and great at cross-functional collaboration
Strong communicator with a knack for spotting what others miss
