Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts and annual financial statements with impeccable attention to detail
• Handle reconciliations, journal entries and financial reporting, ensuring everything is spot-on
• Ensure full compliance with IFRS and local financial standards, keeping your reporting sharp and accurate
• Support external audits with confidence, working directly with auditors and showcasing your expertise
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to help the business stay on track and on target
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and contribute to system enhancements that take reporting to the next level

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• SAICA or SAIPA qualification with completed articles
• Minimum of 2 years post-articles experience in financial accounting or reporting, with a strong background in preparing and reviewing financial statements
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
• Deep understanding of IFRS and local financial standards
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, analytical thinking and attention to detail
• A passion for problem-solving, adaptability and a readiness to embrace an international move
