Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with brand objectives.
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and content planning for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Write compelling, on-brand captions and social copy for various audiences.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement, trends, and customer feedback.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, professional tone.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and product launches.
- Track and analyse social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Analytics.
- Identify and implement growth strategies based on performance data.
- Stay up to date with platform changes, algorithm updates, and digital trends.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align messaging and visuals.
- Assist in managing social media ad campaigns and boosting content.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing brand social media accounts.
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, social trends, and content performance.
- Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Experience with paid social media campaigns.
