Johannesburg: WATER TECHNICIAN / PLUMBER (LONEHILL, JOHANNESBURG)

Preferred Qualifications & Experience: N6 / National Diploma in Civil Engineering with Plumbing Trade Certificate 1015 years plumbing experience Requirements: Water audit and efficiency expertise Installation and repair of bulk infrastructure (meters, valves, pipework 15250mm) Domestic plumbing repairs (cisterns, taps, flush valves, stopcocks) Knowledge of older pipe systems (asbestos cement, galvanised) Experience with water conservation (boreholes, rain/grey water harvesting) Understanding of bulk infrastructure (reservoirs, pump stations, step tests) Planning, troubleshooting, and selecting appropriate tools/materials Knowledge of water infrastructure and demand management Strong communication and reporting skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google Chrome Ability to draft basic reticulation schematics Commitment to health & safety, company values, and ethical practices Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel Based in Johannesburg North By submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the (processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and/or MPRTCs clients and/or verification information suppliers.
