Requirements: Grade 12 qualification required; a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain or Manufacturing is advantageous. Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, including supervisory or operational planning exposure. Strong knowledge of refurbishment processes, tool management, and safety standards. Proficiency in MS Office and ACCPAC (or similar ERP systems). Excellent planning, communication, and leadership skills.
