Key Requirements: Diploma in Accounting, Human Resources, or related field Minimum 3 years payroll processing experience Sage 300 (Sage VIP People) certification essential Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) Sound knowledge of labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, and PAYE/SARS) Strong numeracy, communication, and time management skills High attention to detail with the ability to meet strict deadlines Duties and Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end payroll processing across the business Apply for tax directives and handle statutory submissions (PAYE, UIF, SDL) Prepare IRP5/EMP501 reconciliations and complete year-end submissions via EasyFile Handle garnishees, maintenance orders, and payroll-related employee queries Administer medical aid, provident, and funeral funds Capture and maintain employee data for engagements, terminations, transfers, and promotions Reconcile third-party payments (medical aid, provident, MIBCO etc.) Ensure accurate and timely statutory returns and payments Apply now!
