• Matric certificate; tertiary qualification is an advantage
• Clean Criminal and Credit (ITC) record
• Valid South African driver’s licence
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role within the contract cleaning industry
• Proficient in MS Office, with intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Professional attitude with a strong focus on client service delivery
• Working knowledge of Sectoral Determination and Industrial Relations
• Effective cost management skills, including optimising chemical usage, efficient labour allocation, and proactive equipment maintenance

 
DUTIES

• Manage allocated sites according to agreed service standards to ensure client satisfaction
• Oversee timekeeping and attendance management
• Ensure smooth and efficient startup of new sites
• Plan and prioritise portfolio management effectively
• Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with ease
• Control and optimise labour and resource costs
• Complete all necessary administrative tasks accurately and on time

 
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
