Our client is seeking a highly experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee operations at their Boksburg facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in warehousing and distribution within the manufacturing sector.

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
• Relevant qualification in Logistics, Warehousing, Distribution, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ warehouse management experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written)
• Computer literate (MS Office, inventory systems, etc.)
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch
• Ensure optimal space utilization and efficient workflow
• Implement and maintain safety, health, and housekeeping standards
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including training and performance management
• Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Collaborate with logistics and production teams to meet operational goals
• Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance
