The Golf Admin position does not require prior golf admin experience but will require an organised and competent administrator.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Golf Director
  • report to and interact with the Golf Director daily.
• Reception/Pro Shop
  • Answer telephone and interact with callers;
  • Dealing with members and visitors.
  • Provide relevant golf information.
  • Process payments, card transactions and daily cash ups.
• Golf Bookings
  • Tee sheet control and planning. Manage tee time bookings efficiently ensuring accuracy and timely communication with members and visitors.
  • Work together with relevant personnel.
  • Manage all aspects of group bookings.
  • Work together with Golf Director to manage all aspects of Corporate Golf days.
• General Administration
  • While not mandatory, experience with the Clubmaster system and a basic understanding of golf terminology and operations would be advantageous.
  • Maintain Pro Shop and golf booking area clean and organised.
  • Assist with opening and closing of the Pro Shop.
  • Assist with Club Tournaments and Events.
