• Cisco Certified : CCNA R&S (or HCNA) CCNP Routing and Switching
• Juniper Certified : JNCIA, JNCIS-ENT/SP –
• Microsoft Teams: MS-100, MS-700 and MS-740
• Valid SA Drivers’ License and Own Vehicle (Required)

Experience Requirement:

• 3-5 Years ISP experience in Networking & VoIP/Voice installations
• Understanding of L2 and L3 technologies and protocols
• Understanding of VoIP technologies – essential
• Understanding of Service Provider and Enterprise level architecture
• Experience working with Cisco, Juniper and Mikrotik routers and switches
• Experience with BGP, MPLS, SD-WAN,QOS and Hosting
• Experience with Fortinet security appliances, UTM, SSL VPN and IPSEC – advantageous, not essential
• APN experience will be advantageous
• Microsoft Teams will be advantageous

Skills Requirement:

• Configuring and deploying routers and switches in an enterprise network environment
• Configuring and deploying VoIP Solutions
• Working knowledge and ability to troubleshoot Routing and Switching and Hosting services
• Working knowledge and ability to troubleshoot Voice related problems (SIP and MS Teams)
• Configuring and deploying SD-WAN solutions
• Python scripting skills will be advantageous
