Service Administrator Report to: Operations Seniority Level: Mid-Career (2 – 4 yrs exp) Your future role: Day-to-day administrative tasks in support of customer services team Managing service providers Coordinating and booking all travel arrangements Coordinating Service Engineers availability (local and overseas) to service projects Supporting project teams with document and correspondence management Preparation of professional documents and presentations Administration of Service Close-out activities: Reconciliation of service hours, reports and invoicing Logging and monitoring of service tickets from various inbound channels Support of EHS Administration for Service Jobs Coordination of internal and external training Your profile: The basis of your success is a top-class Matric certificate and a completed vocational training as a professional assistant Several years of professional experience as a team assistant in a mid-to-large company office environment Strong Microsoft Office skills with an eye for detail Team player with a passion to help colleagues succeed Effective and enthusiastic communicator
