Job Description
- Preparation of journal entries, general ledger, and various account reconciliations
- Completion of the bank reconciliation and relevant cash book entries
- Analyse performance against budgets
- Reviewing and releasing of EFT’s/ payments
- Managing daily/ monthly cash flows
- Vat Reconciliation, preparation/ assistance with statutory returns e.g. VAT, etc.
- Preparation of annual financial statements
- Preparation of annual budgets
- Debtors and creditors reconciliation
- Inventory control and processing of inventory journals
- General ledger reconciliation
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Financial Reporting
- Management Accounts
- Budget and allocation of funds appropriately
- Managing the accounts personnel for all branches
- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/ applicable laws
