Cape Town City Centre: Shopping Centre Property Manager – Cape Town

Minimum Requirements Matric (Grade 12). Business or property-related tertiary qualification (preferred). Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) and compliance with PPRA education requirements. 57 years experience in property or centre management. Advanced computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, and property management systems such as SAP or MDA). Strong knowledge of commercial property management, lease agreements, and statutory requirements (OHS, POPIA, FICA, Labour Relations Act). Financial management and budgeting expertise.
