About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client in the Solar Energy Industry is seeking a skilled Electrician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with both residential and commercial properties, as well as a thorough understanding of electrical codes and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and identify potential problems
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with electrical codes and safety standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Collaborate with other trades professionals to complete projects on time and within budget
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program
- Valid electrician license
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an electrician
- Familiarity with electrical codes and safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit and able to work in various environments and conditions
