Nelspruit: HR Manager

Minimum requirements: Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field 6 years HR management experience, preferably in a senior or generalist role Strong knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices Experience in agriculture is an advantage but not essential Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the full HR function, including recruitment, performance management, and talent development Provide strategic and operational HR guidance to management and staff Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and best HR practices Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes Drive training, wellness, and employee engagement initiatives Manage payroll coordination, HR administration, and workforce planning Foster a positive organisational culture that supports growth and accountability Consultant: Lynette Wolmarans – Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
