Pretoria: Senior Automotive Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities: Manage, motivate, and develop a team of 8 sales staff to achieve and exceed sales targets. Oversee and coordinate all sales activities across new and used vehicles. Implement and monitor sales strategies to maximize profitability and market share. Drive performance through effective coaching, mentoring, and continuous staff development. Maintain strong customer satisfaction and retention levels. Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and industry regulations. Report on sales performance to senior management, providing accurate forecasts and action plans. Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales management role within the automotive industry. Proven track record of success in both new and used vehicle sales management . Experience in managing and leading a team of at least 8 sales executives . Strong background in high-volume dealership environments . Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to analyse data and drive strategic decisions. A results-oriented individual with a commitment to achieving sales and profitability targets.
