Job Description
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF4.
- 3 years’ experience in HR and Payroll Administration (SAGE 300 People).
- Experience with Time and Attendance processes and programs.
Responsibilities:
- Process new engagements, transfers, employee information and terminations for the allocated division.
- Provide an accurate employee advisory service on payroll matters.
- Participate in disciplinary hearings of employee counselling sessions.
- Advise managers, supervisors and employees on the appropriate actions to take when dealing with grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Provide counsel and guidance to managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures and practices.
