Our client is seeking a Finance Clerk to support the finance team with accurate transaction processing, reconciliations, and reporting. This role offers the opportunity to work across various areas of finance and gain exposure to both local and foreign transactions. This role is based in Germiston, Johannesburg East. Key Responsibilities: Transaction Processing: Process local and foreign payments, receipts, and petty cash transactions. Capture and reconcile inter-bank transfers and overhead invoices in Acumatica. Reconciliation & Reporting: Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. Compile short-term cash flow forecasts and analyse bank statements. Record Keeping & Reporting: Prepare financial and creditor reports and ensure accurate data management. Customer & Vendor Interaction: Handle queries relating to payments, reconciliations, and other financial matters. Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to accounting policies, internal controls, and statutory regulations.
