Boksburg: Factory Supervisor posted by GAP Consulting

• Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Factory Supervisor in the Brick Manufacturing Industry
• National Diploma or Trade Qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering advantageous
• Proficient in production scheduling, staff supervision, and machine operation within a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of brick moulding processes, kiln operations, quality control, and preventative maintenance practices essential
• Sound understanding of health and safety compliance and production efficiency optimization
• Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required
• Contactable references and payslips required

Salary Structure:

• Basic Salary negotiable based on experience
