Job Description
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Formal Certification in an ISO Standard (e.g. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer)
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma
Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or production environment.
- Proven experience as a Process Manager, Quality Manager, or a similar role focused on business process improvement and documentation.
- In-depth knowledge and direct, hands-on experience with implementing and managing ISO Standards, particularly ISO 9001.
- Strong ability to understand and map complex workflows across diverse business functions (sales, operations, finance, etc.).
- Excellent project management and change management skills.
- Proficiency in process mapping software (e.g. Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart) and the MS Office Suite.
Duties
- Collaborate with all department heads and staff to map, analyze, and thoroughly document existing business processes.
- Design new, and optimize existing, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for every business function, creating a unified operational playbook.
- Ensure all processes effectively integrate with the core technology stack, including SAP Business One and HubSpot CRM.
- Perform internal audits and regular process reviews to monitor adherence, measure effectiveness, and identify deviations.
- Act as the central authority for all process-related matters, providing guidance and enforcing compliance to maintain operational integrity.
- Lead the initiative to achieve and maintain relevant ISO certifications (e.g., ISO 9001) for the business.
- Develop, implement, and manage the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO requirements.
- Analyze process performance data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and potential risks.
