2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google and YouTube Ads with a focus on lead gen and sales conversions
Advanced analytical skills — you’re confident in Excel, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards
Strong communication chops — you can break down data for clients and lead strategic convos
Proven track record of smashing KPIs (CPA, ROAS, conversions)
