About the Role
Morgan Group Kimberley is seeking a Parts Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving gross profit as set by the dealership and manufacturer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Parts Sales Target are met.
- Assist customers find the spare parts they are looking for.
- Parts invoicing
- Read catalogues to determine new parts on market.
- Determine replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or customers’ descriptions of malfunctions.
- Locate other vendors who have the part if it isn’t carried in the dealership.
- Take payment for purchase and dispense change.
- Take inventory of stock and replenish when needed.
- Take orders over the phone.
- Mark and store parts in stockroom according to prearranged system.
- Answer the customers’ questions or problems.
- Receive and deliver parts to customers.
- Follow up with the customer to ensure satisfaction on purchase.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
