Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Logging of all maintenance calls and requests.
  • Coordinating with maintenance teams on all responses to requests and issues.
  • Maintaining of the portfolios asset register
  • Maintaining of the maintenance and service schedule
  • Following up on completion times and providing progress reports
  • Collecting quotations and raising purchase orders
  • Liaise with the suppliers and contractors
  • Assisting the Maintenance Manager and Supervisors with daily duties

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 5 years experience in Administrative role, preferable in maintenance, stock or warehousing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer Literate (Microsoft Word & Excel & Outlook)
  • Must work in structured and organized manner
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated with the ability to think logically
  • Local Franschhoek candidates would be advantageous
