Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and enhance multi-tier trading systems using Delphi. Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into effective software solutions. Prepare business, functional, and technical documentation. Conduct system testing and managing software maintenance and upgrades. Participate in integration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of applications. Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile: Education: Minimum 3-year tertiary qualification in Information Systems or Computer Science. Experience: Minimum 3 years of commercial Delphi development Experience gained from Stock Trading / Exchange 5 years overall software development experience. Financial background advantageous. Technical Skills: Delphi (core skill) C# and C++ exposure Strong understanding of 3-tier architecture, object-oriented design, and design patterns. Complex SQL queries and stored procedures. Solid grasp of Windows systems, networking basics, and troubleshooting. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset and “take-charge” attitude. Excellent communication and client-facing ability.
