About the Role
Hire Resolve, an international freight forwarder and logistics provider, is seeking a Cloud and Identity Specialist to build, secure, and maintain global enterprise cloud and identity platforms. This pivotal role drives the strategic cloud transformation journey by delivering robust, scalable Azure services and modern identity systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy & Operate: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot core Azure IaaS/PaaS services, including Virtual Machines, App Services, Azure SQL, Storage, Key Vaults, Front Door, and API Management.
- Networking & Security: Manage complex Azure networking (Virtual WAN, ExpressRoute) and integrate security solutions like Palo Alto Cloud NGFW.
- IaC Implementation: Assist in deploying and managing infrastructure changes using CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, ARM/Bicep).
- Resilience: Manage backup, recovery, and business continuity configurations for Azure workloads.
- Hybrid Identity: Maintain and secure the Active Directory/Entra ID hybrid environment, managing user lifecycle, synchronization, and group assignments.
- Security Policy: Implement conditional access, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and least-privilege principles (RBAC).
- PAM: Support privileged access management (PAM) solutions, including Just-in-Time (JIT) controls and Silverfort implementation.
- Collaboration Services: Configure and support Exchange (Online/Hybrid) and provide Tier 2/3 expertise for Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Data Protection: Support M365 backup and disaster recovery configurations (AvePoint).
- Core Services: Manage DNS, internal PKI, and external SSL certificate lifecycles.
- Integration: Participate in M&A integration and O365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
- Governance: Configure and enforce policies using tools like CoreView and contribute to monitoring and incident response.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT or a related field.
- Exposure to specialized tools like Silverfort, CoreView, AvePoint, or Palo Alto NGFW.
- Understanding of SQL Databases and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO27001).
- 35 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft cloud and identity technologies.
- Expertise in Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory.
- Proven experience with Exchange Online/Hybrid environments and mail routing.
- Proficient in scripting (PowerShell or Python preferred).
- Strong awareness of enterprise backup, monitoring, and DR strategies.
- Comfortable supporting CI/CD workflows and familiarity with IaC concepts.
