Hospitality and Outdoor – New Vacancy – Receptionist/Guest Services Officer Boutique Lodge – Nelspruit, Mpumalanga Requirements • Grade 12 • Strong computer literacy • Must have experience with Apply Below, NightsBridge and other platforms • Must have strong administrative and organizational skills • Must be a warm people’s person • Must have experience in taking payments, phone calls and dealing with emails • Be an excellent communicator and assist with all correspondence • Process all check ins and check outs, deal with queries and assist guests on premises • Assist in managing housekeeping staff and oversee room service operations if Owner and Manager are not available • Must live in Nelspruit • Be prepared to work flexible hours when needed • Be prepared to sleep over at the establishment when the owner is not there • Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable transport to accommodate changes in working hours when required Package on Offer Salary: R 15 000 pm DOE (Live out) Starting Date: ASAP
