About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Nelspruit. The ideal candidate will be based in the Nelspruit area, with a strong focus on generating new business and increasing revenue within the Mpumalanga region, specifically the Lowveld area.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing and selling of Products and services to existing and potential customers in the Mpumalanga, specifically the Lowveld region.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, end-users, and resellers.
- Filling out Call Reports and, on occasion, delivery of products and services to the customer.
- Reporting non-conforming products, services, and customer complaints to management.
- Providing feedback to customers on products, services, deliveries, and queries.
- Determining the degree of customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing retail stores in the region.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably within the industrial tool market or similar.
- Minimum 5 years sales experience in the retail sector managing DIY and Industrial retail stores.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to win customers over.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and urgency.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Great attention to detail.
- Committed and reliable.
