About the Role
Our client, a fast-growing technology company, is seeking ambitious graduates to join their Sales Development team.
This role offers an exceptional opportunity for recent graduates to launch a career in B2B technology sales. The successful candidates will learn how to identify and engage potential clients, start meaningful business conversations, and help drive the companys commercial growth.
No prior experience is required – just curiosity, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and clear career progression paths (including Account Executive and Business Development Manager roles) are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers across various industries.
- Conduct professional outreach through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify prospects and schedule product demonstrations or discovery meetings.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to convert leads into opportunities.
- Maintain accurate activity records and pipeline data in the CRM system.
Candidate Profile
- A recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong interest in technology and sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Curious, confident, and eager to learn.
- Highly organised and motivated to achieve goals.
Desirable (but not essential):
- Exposure to business, marketing, or technology studies.
- Familiarity with CRM or prospecting tools (e.g. HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
