• 2- years Proven work experience with Raptor, panel beating or similar textured protective coatings
• Familiarity with surface preparation, masking, spray painting and priming
• Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Experience in the caravan or automotive industry
• Knowledge of bodywork repairs or panel beating

Responsibilities:

• Prepare caravan panels and surfaces for Raptor coating
• Apply Raptor Liner (or similar protective coating) using spray guns and other equipment
• Ensure high-quality, consistent texture and finish
• Maintain clean workspaces and equipment
• Work closely with fabrication and finishing teams to meet production schedules
