Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a meticulous and service-oriented Night Auditor to join a prestigious luxury wine estate based in Franschhoek. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth overnight operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing exceptional guest service during night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage late check-ins and early check-outs, ensuring a seamless guest experience

• Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare accurate reports for management

• Balance and verify front office accounts, charges, and payments

• Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally

• Liaise with other departments to ensure all guest and operational needs are met

• Monitor the propertys security and safety during night hours

• Complete nightly audits, including room and revenue checks

• Prepare handovers for the morning shift to ensure continuity of service

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar Night Auditor or Front Office role within a luxury hospitality environment

• Strong administrative and numerical skills with high attention to detail

• Proficiency in hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Reliable, responsible, and capable of working independently

• Professional appearance and guest-oriented approach

• Must be able to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Package Details:

• 50% Medical Aid contribution

• Annual increases and performance-related bonuses

• Meal allowance of R25.00 per shift (for salaries below R25,000)
