As part of the analytics and reporting team, youll play a key role in building data solutions that support multiple departments from operations to marketing, finance, and innovation. What Youll Do: Data Management: Design and maintain relational databases or SQL data warehouses. Ingest, clean, and transform structured and unstructured data using SQL, Python, or R. Analytics: Perform statistical modelling, A/B testing, and cohort analysis to uncover trends and guide business decisions. Reporting & Visualisation: Build interactive dashboards in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Automate reports and present insights in a compelling, visual format. Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to track performance, optimise processes, and deliver actionable insights. Governance: Ensure data integrity through validation checks and maintain clear documentation of data sources and methodologies. What Youll Bring: A Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proficiency in SQL , Python and/or R , with experience in data warehousing and ETL pipelines. Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI , Tableau , or Looker . 24 years of relevant experience (or 1 year with a demonstrable portfolio for early-career applicants). Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
