A leading automotive dealership is seeking dynamic and target-driven Sales Executives to join their dealership in Heidelberg, Gauteng. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, a passion for customer service, and the drive to exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of new and used vehicles, achieving monthly unit targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle enquiries professionally.
• Guide customers through the full sales process, from test drives to finance and delivery.
• Maintain product and industry knowledge to support sales.
• Ensure compliance with internal systems and dealership standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in vehicle sales.
• Proven track record of achieving 8+ units per month.
• Knowledge of Seriti System and CMS (advantageous).
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work in a high-performance sales environment.
